Billing Procedures:

Client authorizes BWIC Property Management, Inc. to automatically debit client’s credit card for annual membership fees not to exceed $20.00 per month OR save 2 months by paying annual membership for only $200.00.

Use of System:

Subscriber agrees to use the E-books/E-grams and other contents for the personal enrichment of that household only. Any use of these books or materials for other than which it is intended is strictly prohibited, without written approval from BWIC Property Management, Inc.

Term of Agreement:

The term of this agreement is month to month from the date of signing and shall thereafter be automatically renewed and extended on a month to month basis until such time as one party shall give to the other party written notice of termination. If for any reason you are not completely happy simply return the product information for a full refund, no questions asked. If after the 3 day free look only 50% of the total cost will be refunded. In no event shall Anita John be liable to the client or any other person, for damage of any kind, including or without limitation, loss of profits or cost of replacement services. Client agrees to indemnify Anita John/or BWIC Property Management, Inc. from any claims that are a result of legal actions. This Agreement shall be governed by the local laws of the state of New York. In the event of a dispute concerning this Agreement, venue shall lie in a court of competent jurisdiction in Bronx County, New York.

Client agrees to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. BWIC Property Management, Inc. reserves the right to immediately terminate services for non-compliance of any of these terms and conditions, including, but not limited to, non-payment of services.
